How To Buy A Car At Our Auction

1) Please read all posted rules and listen to any/ all announcements before the sale starts, and before each vehicle is put up for auction. If you are unsure, ask or DO NOT BID!

2) Check out the vehicles before bidding on them. Make sure the vehicle you are bidding on is the same number as the one you checked out prior to the auction. THE AUCTION WILL NOT HONOR "MISTAKES"

3) When you are the successfull bidder on a vehicle you must step up to the auction block, and at that time sign a legal and binding contract to purchase that vehicle and place a $100.00 CASH deposit. That vehicle must be paid for in full within 1 hour of purchase and before on any other vehicles. NO EXCEPTIONS!!

4) If your purchase is $1999.00 or less, the vehicle is "AS IS" period.

5) If your purchase is $2000.00 and up the vehicle qualifies for an auction drive. Which means you can ride with our mechanic to make sure the motor and transmision are in working condition. Everything else is sold as is no warranty or guarantee written, implied, or expressed on any vehicle regardless of statements of condition made from the auction block. Buyers shall rely entirely on thier own inspection. We encourage you to bring your mechanic along with you.

6) Total Purchase Price of your Vehicle means: Price the vehicle was bid in for PLUS: 6% Michigan sales tax + $15.00 title transfer fee, a labor fee of $20.00, and a buyers fee that fluctuates according to the price of the car. Also new plates or plate transfers are available at the same cost as the secretary of state.
