How To Sell A Car At Our Auction

1) Call our office on the Monday morning prior to the tuesday public dealer sale that you would like to sell your vehicle at to reserve a number.

2) Vehicles cannot have liens of any kind. If your vehicle has a lien, call our office for instuctions.

3) DO NOT sign your title off prior to bringing it to the auction. Title and all owners on the title with picture I. D. have to be at our office prior to the auction, or must be present when vehicle is brought in by 6pm the night of the auction. Make sure all personal belongings are removed from the vehicle before bringing it to the auction.

4)Owner must represent thier vehicle on the auction block when they are being auctioned off. Owners have the right to accept or reject the last bid at that time.

5) Vehicles that do not sell are charged a $25.00 title buy back fee or no sale fee. This fee is due the night of the sale and payable in" cash only"

6) Vehicles that do sell are charged a sale fee determined by the amount the vehicle sells for.

7) If your vehicle sells for $2000.00 or more the vehicle is eligible for an auction drive, unless you choose to sell your vehicle without an auction drive in which case it will have to be announced.

8) After your vehicle is sold you will receive a check from our auction minus the sale fee. This check can be picked up approximately one hou after selling your vehicle or after 1pm on wednesday. When you receive you check is when you will sign your title.
